The two women at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near buses to-and-from the airport. Cleanliness was on point.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was professional, friendly, and well-trained, making our experience visiting this city even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were clean, and we loved the unlimited supply of sparkling water, plain water, coffee, and tea. The location was convenient, being close to the train station and within a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. We felt safe in this area, and the transportation options nearby made it easy to explore.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Liliana, who prepares the breakfast, is so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast itself is beautifully prepared and the hotel facilities are clean and well-appointed. The location is just off the center of this city, close to the main shopping street. Transportation is convenient, with the train station and trams nearby. The staff, including Esther at reception, were knowledgeable and very helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was huge, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was also quite big and had a great tropical shower. The hotel itself is conveniently located right at the train station, making it easy to access transportation. Additionally, it is situated on Avenue Jean Medecin, a bustling street with plenty of shops and the tram, making it a great location for shopping and exploring this city.
